At Giftzorly, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Please review our policy below for details about exchanges, refunds, and returns.


Return Policy

We accept returns for defective or damaged items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personalized or customized items (unless defective or damaged).
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@giftzorly.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

Once approved, we will process your exchange and send you a replacement free of charge.


Refund Policy

Refunds are available for defective or damaged items or if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at contact@giftzorly.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos of the defective or damaged item (if applicable).

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. After this timeframe, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@giftzorly.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
